While not everything can fit on the head of a pin, I have enjoyed compiling a portion from years of image work – a passion for that comes from an immediate embracing of digital technology in dimensions the eye can see and the mind can only imagine.
TIM FORBES is a multi-disciplinary artist based on the south shore of his roots in Nova Scotia on the Ancestral Territory of the Mi’kmaq. His international studio practice investigates contemporary allegorical abstraction.in painting, in sculpture expresses emotive perceptions, while in photo-based imagery explores the power of nature and perspectives of cultural memory — both real and imagined.
