While not everything can fit on the head of a pin, I have enjoyed compiling a small portion of image work created over the past ten plus years.
A passion for imagery comes from an immediate embracing of digital technology in formal and fractal representation – dimensional possibilities and improbabilities – not only what the eye wants to see, but what the mind can only imagine.

TIM FORBES is a multi-disciplinary artist based on the south shore of his roots in Nova Scotia on the Ancestral Territory of the Mi’kmaq. His international studio practice investigates contemporary minimalist symbolism and repetition in painting, in sculpture expresses perceptions of emotive movement, while in photo-based imagery explores the power of nature, countered by perspectives of human endeavor and cultural memory — real and imagined.
